West Indies who made his ODI debut in 2024, stood out with his effective powerplay bowling.
Shai Hope will lead the squad, which includes seasoned campaigners like Jason Holder, Akeal Hosein, and Rovman Powell. Andre Russell, who is nearing retirement from international cricket, will feature in the first two T20Is.
Head coach Darren Sammy stated, “Our plans and vision are geared towards winning the 2026 T20 World Cup. There’s continuity in our squad from previous series, and as a team, we’ll keep refining our style and brand of cricket leading up to the tournament.”
